Why haven't we received our water bills?
- Delivery of bills were postponed due to upgrades to the new system. Expect a revamped design; bills will now come in envelopes with the city logo in the left corner.
Why is my online account not working?
- Every customer has been assigned a NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER, formatted as follows: 00-0000-00. To access your online portal, please contact City Hall to get your account number. You'll need to create your portal through the city website. Make sure you are on the FAST GOV PAY portal.
When are bills due?
- Bills are due on the 15th of each month. As bills have not been issued, the city will not impose penalties for any late payments for January.
